ConvertPilot is built by Dude Lemon LLC, founded in 2017. Dude Lemon builds custom portals and platforms for clients and runs a handful of products of its own; ConvertPilot is the one for customer conversations.
Why it exists
The questions do not stop at closing time.
Small stores get the same questions as large ones, where is my order, does this fit, do you ship to me, and they get them on whichever channel the customer happens to be on. Answering all of them by hand is a full-time job that most stores cannot staff.
ConvertPilot started as an AI chat app for Wix, grew a Shopify version and a widget for any website, then a shared inbox, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, bookings and the mobile apps. The goal never changed: answer the routine well, from the store’s own data, and give the rare hard case to a person with everything they need.
How it is built
The agent shows its work
Every AI reply opens to the sources it read, the rules it applied and what it remembered. A support tool you cannot audit is a liability, so this is not optional and not gated.
Free means the real product
The Free plan is the full agent on website chat and email for the first 50 customer messages. It is how a store decides whether it wants the rest, not a locked demo.
One product, every door
Shopify, Wix and plain websites install differently but run the same console, the same agent and the same mobile apps. Nobody gets a lesser version.
Your data stays yours
Customer and order data is not used to train models for other merchants. Tokens are encrypted at rest, transport is TLS, and an uninstall purges the account.
