What is ConvertPilot?

ConvertPilot is an AI agent and a shared inbox for customer conversations. It answers questions on your website chat, email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and SMS using your own pages, products, orders and rules, captures leads, and hands a conversation to your team the moment it needs a person.

Which platforms does it run on?

Shopify stores install it from the Shopify App Store, Wix sites from the Wix App Market, and any other website adds one script tag for the chat widget. The console, the AI and the mobile apps are the same on every platform.

How does the AI know about my business?

It reads the pages of your website, your product catalogue and recent orders on Shopify and Wix, the answers and facts you add in training, and your custom instructions. Every reply shows which of those it used under "Why this reply".

Does the AI reply on its own?

Yes, within the limits you set. It answers routine questions instantly, stays inside your rules for pricing, shipping, returns and tone, pauses itself when a teammate joins, and asks for a person when a customer does or when an answer would need judgement. You can switch the AI off per channel or per conversation.

What happens when the AI cannot answer?

It captures the visitor’s name and email, tells them a person will follow up, and the conversation lands in the inbox with the full history. Outside your online hours the widget shows your away message so the customer knows when someone is back.

What does the Free plan include?
